Support

Leafturn is made by one person — me. When you email [email protected], it comes straight to my inbox, and I read and answer every message myself. There's no ticket queue and no bot in the way.

That's the fastest way to reach me. If your question is about an order, include your order number — you'll find it in the app under your orders, and in your confirmation email — and I'll be able to help much faster.

Common questions

Where is my order?

Open the app and check your order's status on the home screen — it updates as your book moves through printing and dispatch, and you'll get a tracking link once it ships. Books are printed to order, so allow a few days for printing before dispatch. If something looks stuck, email me.

My book arrived damaged or misprinted

I'll make it right. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the problem, and I'll arrange a reprint or a refund.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Books go to print shortly after you order, so there's a narrow window. Email me as soon as possible and I'll cancel it if it hasn't been printed yet. Once printing has started it can't be changed or cancelled, because every book is made just for you.

Why does Leafturn ask for access to my whole photo library?

Leafturn finds your best shots by looking through your photos on your device. None of your photos leave your phone until you order a book — and then only the ones you chose to print. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

Why do you need my phone number at checkout?

In case the courier needs to reach you about your delivery. It's only used to handle your order.

Do I need an account?

No — you can order as a guest. An account (just your email address, no password) lets you see your order history across devices and save a card for next time.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to your account and choose delete. Your uploaded photos and book files are erased, and your name, address, and email are removed. If an order is still being printed, deletion becomes available once it has shipped — or email me and I'll help.

Something else?

Email [email protected] — it comes to me, and I'll get back to you.
